THESE TASKS AWAIT YOU

• You actively support customer service as an interface between mandate management, the specialist team, insurance companies, and our customers
• You participate in all core processes of an insurance broker, handle inquiries from customers and insurance companies in coordination with mandate management, and assist with offer preparation, conducting tenders, and preparing annual meetings
• You advise and support our customers in the event of a claim
• Together with the team, you further develop our back office organization and use the latest technologies purposefully to efficiently handle administrative processes

YOUR PROFILE IS CONVINCING

• You have completed vocational training in the insurance sector including VBV certification or an equivalent qualification (e.g., specialist certificate) – or are willing to obtain this qualification subsequently
• You work in a structured, independent manner and have a high level of service awareness
• You act and think entrepreneurially
• You demonstrate a high level of commitment and teamwork skills
• You have a positive appearance, enthusiasm, and ambition
