Our client, based in the Freiamt AG region, implements demanding assembly projects throughout Switzerland as well as in neighbouring countries.
The range of services includes the assembly of logistics systems, high-bay warehouses, conveyor technology and machine components.
To strengthen the team, we are looking for a responsible leader with technical understanding and experience in managing assembly teams.
Assembly Manager Logistics Systems 100% (m/f/d)
• Leadership, deployment planning and coordination of assembly teams with up to 15 employees
• Work preparation and ensuring a smooth project process
• Organisation and management of materials on construction sites
• Conducting measurements and quality controls on site
• Documentation and recording of completed work
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Contact person for customers, suppliers and partner companies
• Coordination with other trades and project participants
• Active participation in assembly work and support of the team as needed
• Responsibility for the timely and professional execution of projects

We expect:
• Several years of experience in plant, machine, steel construction or industrial assembly
• Experience in leading assembly teams or construction site crews
• Independent, structured and responsible working style
• Strong organisational skills and a solution-oriented mindset
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
• Willingness to travel within Switzerland and occasionally to neighbouring countries
• Driving licence category B
It is advantageous if you also have:
• Forklift licences R1, R2, R4, S2 or S3
• Aerial work platform licences 1a, 1b, 3a or 3b
• Training in personal protective equipment against falls and load slinging
• Driving licence category BE
• Crane licences category A or C
