Would you like to help shape strategically relevant projects in the Life sector and successfully implement them together with experienced colleagues?

As a Strategy Execution Associate Life, you support central change initiatives from planning to sustainable implementation at Zurich Switzerland. You coordinate project activities, create transparency about progress and risks, and work closely with various departments and project managers.

What to expect

• You plan and manage projects or sub-projects in the Life sector and ensure implementation within the agreed goals, deadlines, and quality requirements.
• You create project plans, structure work packages, and coordinate tasks, resources, milestones, and dependencies.
• You monitor project progress, track risks and open issues, and prepare status reports and decision-making documents.
• You organise workshops and project committees, document decisions, and ensure consistent follow-up of agreed measures.
• You collaborate with various departments and project managers and support transparent, solution-oriented communication.

What sets you apart

• Initial to several years of experience in project management, consulting, or a comparable coordinating role
• Very good analytical and organisational skills as well as a structured and reliable working style
• Experience in creating project plans, status reports, and management presentations
• Enjoyment of working in interdisciplinary teams as well as strong communication and coordination skills
• High initiative, willingness to learn, and very good German and English skills
