The Zug Cantonal Hospital serves the health of the population of the Canton of Zug and the surrounding regions. Around 1,200 employees, including 180 in training and further education, work in various areas. Every year, we treat and care for over 11,500 inpatients and more than 70,000 outpatients. In the interdisciplinary emergency centre, more than 27,500 people are treated annually. For our Oncology Centre, we are looking for a Medical Practice Assistant / Health Specialist on a fixed-term basis from 1 October 2026 to 30 June 2027.Your Tasks
- Planning, coordination and organisation of the oncology consultation on behalf of and in cooperation with our oncologists and the nursing team
- Care and monitoring of patients as well as implementation of nursing and therapeutic measures
- Administrative tasks and performance recording
- Assistance with interventions such as bone marrow punctures
- Housekeeping duties
Your Profile
- Completed training as a Medical Practice Assistant or Health Specialist EFZ
- High professional and social competence as well as ability to learn
- Independent, structured and efficient working style as well as confident prioritisation
- Good organisational skills
