Your Tasks
As part of our HR Business Partner team, you are the central contact person for employees and managers in all HR matters and are responsible for your own area of responsibility.

- ... you act as a link to the areas of HR Services, HR Learning & Development, and HR Controlling,
- ... you actively participate in projects and contribute to the further development of the HSG and its culture.
Your Profile
- Higher business education and/or further education in the field of HR as well as solid knowledge in the area of (public) labor law
- Proven practical experience in the HR field, especially in advising/coaching managers (ideally in the public sector)
- Strong communication skills (D/E) as well as know-how in accompanying transformation processes
- Conceptual skills and experience in planning and implementing HR projects
- High resilience and strong initiative combined with diplomatic skill and high social competence
