IMMEDIATE START – PERMANENT OR BY AGREEMENT (Season 2026: September - December 2026) (Season 2027: April 2027 - December 2027 or by agreement)

Work where others go on holiday. For Oase 72 directly at Lake Biel in 2572 Sutz, we are looking immediately or by agreement for committed service / bar staff on an hourly basis with heart, good energy and joy in dealing with guests.

Oase 72 is more than a bistro – it is a meeting point, a summer feeling and a place to arrive. Directly by the water, with a view of Lake Biel, cool guests and a young, motivated team.

Your tasks

• Preparing and serving drinks at our bar or in our bistro
• Friendly and warm-hearted care of our guests
• Being a host and ensuring our guests feel comfortable
• Taking orders and serving drinks
• Independent work in a self-service operation
• Order and cleanliness in the bar and guest area
• Refilling and preparing drinks and the bar
• Supporting daily operations in the business

What you bring

• Experience in service or at the bar is an advantage but not essential
• Enjoyment in dealing with people and a warm demeanour
• Independent, reliable and clean working style
• Team spirit, initiative and resilience
• Good energy and a positive attitude
• Enjoyment in helping out in a lively summer operation
• Flexibility and willingness to work at weekends
• You keep an overview and a good mood even when busy 😎
