AureusDrive was founded in 2017 with the vision "We work towards ecological mobility for all." AureusDrive develops, designs, plans, configures, and assembles e-bike systems in Lucerne with a focus on commuters. With our affordable, robust, and stylish e-bikes, we want to motivate commuters to switch from cars to e-bikes.

For our location in Lucerne, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a reliable and customer-oriented Deputy Workshop Manager / Bicycle Mechanic.

Your tasks

• Service, maintenance, and repair work on bicycles and e-bikes
• Support in planning and coordinating workshop orders
• Deputising for the workshop management during absences
• Technical support for mechanics and ensuring work quality
• Customer advice in service cases as well as sales of e-bikes and accessories
• Assistance in planning and ordering service, spare, and consumable materials
• Participation in improving processes in the workshop and service

Your profile

• Basic training as a two-wheeler mechanic EFZ, bicycle mechanic EFZ or comparable training directly related to the bicycle industry
• Clean, reliable, and independent working style
• Strong manual skills and willingness to actively participate in daily business
• Service-oriented, enjoyment of customer contact and sales
• Initiative and pleasure in taking responsibility
• Willingness to work according to our shop opening hours TUE – SAT
