Dispatcher International Traffic (m/f/d)
100%Your tasks:
- Dispatching our land and combined transport for the Rhineland region with a focus on Cologne
- Planning driver deployment considering legal regulations
- Monitoring and ensuring loading times with key customers
- Contact person for drivers, customers and partners regarding short-term changes and covering customer needs
- Efficient utilisation of vehicles from an economic perspective
- Troubleshooting disruptions in the transport process
Your profile:
- At least 1-2 years of professional experience as a transport dispatcher
- Completed training in forwarding and logistics as well as import/export experience
- Good geographical knowledge and understanding of logistical processes
- Good German and English skills in spoken and written form, Polish and/or Russian advantageous
- Confident handling of MS Office and dispatch software (Brabender advantageous)
- Ability to combine tasks, quick comprehension, teamwork as well as precise and efficient working style
