Through targeted advice, active placement and labour market programmes with integrated further training, the chances of job seekers on the labour market are to be improved.

Team Member Personnel Consulting RAV Zug 100%

As a team member of Personnel Consulting RAV, you are the key to the successful integration of people from various groups into the labour market. With your expertise, you analyse labour market attractiveness, conduct advisory discussions and develop reintegration strategies for job seekers. Through continuous optimisation of your advisory activities, you achieve sustainable success.

What profile you bring:

• Several years of professional experience, ideally you also hold the federal specialist certificate as an HR specialist
• Strong process orientation, knowledge of methods and tools for impact orientation, analytical skills
• Composure and calmness even in demanding situations
• Fluency in oral and written expression as well as negotiation skills
• Strong service orientation
• Negotiation-level English skills

What tasks await you:

• Analysis of the labour market attractiveness of clients as well as the labour market situation for the job search area
• Conducting impact-oriented advisory discussions with the aim of quickly and permanently (re)integrating clients from various personal, age and nationality groups into the labour market
• Development of solution-oriented, transparent and binding reintegration strategies, ongoing review and adjustment in follow-up discussions
• Targeted use of labour market measures
• Prompt, reliable and high-quality completion of all administrative tasks
