You bring
- Advanced scientific background, including a relevant Masters Science Degree, with 5 years of experience in powder technology, formulation/encapsulation, and material science, with experience leading innovation from concept to scale?up.
- Strong stakeholder?management and influencing skills to align global teams, customers, and partners without direct authority.
- A strategic, solutions?oriented mindset—able to navigate complexity, prioritize what matters, and deliver impact with speed.
- Curiosity and an innovation mindset, constantly seeking better, smarter, more sustainable ways to create differentiation.
- A collaborative spirit, thriving in cross?functional teams across regions, disciplines, and cultures.
- High accountability and ownership—taking initiative, speaking up, and driving projects end?to?end with clarity and resilience.
