Commercial Clerk EFZ DA (m/f/d)
and to dive into many exciting areas of responsibility.
This is what awaits you with us......
- Administration: Operating the telephone switchboard, welcoming customers and visitors, handling the mail, creating and processing documents and files
- Purchasing: Assisting with procurement and inventory management, obtaining and comparing quotes, maintaining data in various IT systems
- Accounting: Managing the cash register, accounts payable and receivable bookkeeping, assisting with fixed asset accounting and budget and performance control, involvement in various financial statements
- Marketing: Actively supporting the implementation, planning and analysis of marketing measures, assisting with the management and creation of content on websites & social media
- Human Resources: Support in personnel administration, assistance with the recruitment process
This is what you bring with you....
- Secondary school leaving certificate B/A with good grades in all areas
- Native German or French speaker and (very) good oral and written language skills in the other language
- Enthusiasm for computer work and numbers
- Passion for constantly new tasks and cool challenges
- Enjoyment of high independence and taking on responsibility
