Your job at a glance
What you will achieve with us
- Operational handling of FATCA, QI and other tax regulatory issues regarding documentation, withholding as well as reporting and reconciliation
- Review, recording and maintenance of tax customer documentation in our core banking system Avaloq
- Processing and analysing large data volumes as well as performing data quality checks
- Support in process optimisations and in the further development of systems and internal control systems
- Testing of new implementations and processes
- Collaboration with Compliance, Operations, Client Advisory and IT
- Taking on ad-hoc tasks in the area of International Tax
What you bring with you
- Interest in international tax regulations; knowledge of FATCA, QI, CRS/AIA or US tax law is an advantage
- Ability to independently familiarise yourself with regulatory and system-related topics
- Strong affinity for numbers, data, processes and systems
- Very good Excel skills, especially in handling large data volumes and advanced functions such as pivot tables
- Independent, structured and reliable working style with a high sense of responsibility
- Good German and English skills, both spoken and written
