- Handling all customer enquiries at the various branches of Raiffeisenbank Laufental-Thierstein
- Ensuring simple, standardised advice in the areas of numbers, saving, investing and retirement planning
- Recognising and exploiting customer potential through active and continuous management of the customer portfolio
- Identifying needs and referring customers to the responsible specialist advisors
- Expanding the existing customer base through targeted acquisition of new customers
- Participating in target group-specific market development measures, especially in contact campaigns
What do you bring with you?
- Completed banking training or comparable education
- Experience in the financial services sector
- Enthusiastic personality with a winning demeanour
