Our client is an established Swiss social enterprise specialising in the care and support of people with deafblindness and autism spectrum disorders. With an interdisciplinary, committed team and a clear focus on the individual needs of the clients, the organisation has set standards in its field for many years. To strengthen the team, we are looking for an experienced individual as a Dipl. Registered Nurse HF/FH.

Dipl. Registered Nurse HF/FH (m/f/d)

- Co-design of the establishment and expansion of the nursing service position

- Organisation and coordination of nursing processes

- Support of the educational team in treatment care

- Professional care of clients according to individual needs

- Promotion of internal interdisciplinary collaboration

- Ensuring complete documentation and reporting

- Ensuring communication with external institutions
