About the job

Prosenio offers at three locations (Ennetbaden, Nussbaumen, Würenlos) in the Baden region a differentiated service and a secure home to 120 elderly residents as well as 15 apartment residents. The offer includes rehabilitation and holiday stays, trial living, permanent stays, as well as 24-hour immediate admission in a personal and warm environment of manageable size.

Health Specialist EFZ (80 - 100%)

• Responsibility for the care and nursing process with the aim of achieving the best possible individual well-being for our residents
• Taking over daily responsibility
• Shaping everyday life with the residents
• Assisting in the implementation of existing quality standards
• ...on request, a focus on night duty is also possible

• Completed training
• Professional experience in long-term care
• Commitment and joy in working with elderly people
• Teamwork, reliability and initiative
• Knowledge of the RAI NH system (or RAI LTCF)
• Interest in modern nursing activities and nursing documentation
