Your Tasks
In your role, you support the Head Physician during consultations, participate in diagnostic and therapeutic measures, and independently and responsibly carry out delegated tasks. You ensure comprehensive care and support for patients with high and efficient professional competence and are responsible for all administration and appointment scheduling in this context. In addition, you maintain close and cooperative collaboration and factual communication within the nursing, medical, and interdisciplinary teams.
Your Profile
For our fertility consultation, you bring at least 2 years of professional experience in contact with patients and in managing the consultation. Returnees are welcome. You have training as a medical practice assistant and good MS Office skills. Organizational skills and a quick grasp are among your strengths. Good oral and written English skills are an advantage.
Furthermore, you are resilient, loyal, and flexible and do not lose overview even in hectic situations. Your working style is reliable, efficient, and independent. You are a team player and actively contribute to a pleasant and positive working atmosphere. Appreciation of the individual and cultural needs of patients is a matter of course for you.
