Favre SA is a family business bringing together 170 employees. It operates in the fields of building technology, reinforcing and merchant steels, hardware, and tools. To strengthen its teams, it is looking for a:

Store Manager 100% (M/F)

Your mission:

• Ensure the operational and commercial management of the store and maintain the attractiveness of the point of sale.
• Monitor sales and performance indicators, analyse results, and propose improvement actions.
• Manage supplier orders, product availability, and stock levels.
• Supervise, train, and motivate the team, plan schedules, and allocate tasks.
• Ensure the integration, training, and follow-up of apprentices.
• Oversee the receipt of goods, inventories, and the proper maintenance of the shelves.
• Guarantee quality customer service and handle complaints professionally.
• Manage the cash register, ensure compliance with procedures, and report to management.

Your profile:

• Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as a retail manager or equivalent training.
• Additional training in sales and a company trainer certificate.
• Proven experience in retail and team management.
• Good knowledge of hardware products and proficiency with an ERP tool.
• Fluency in French; knowledge of German is an asset.
• Organisational skills, autonomy, and rigour.
• Leadership, customer orientation, analytical ability, and stress resistance.
