Main tasks
• Responsible for the recipe-accurate production of dishes while complying with hygiene regulations at your own station
• Co-responsible for the smooth operation in the kitchen
• Compliance with HACCP hygiene regulations
• Goods receipt inspection
• Daily MEP tasks for the stations
