Technical Caretaker 100%- You ensure the smooth operation of all technical systems and infrastructure
- You can respond very quickly to damage caused by pallet trucks and forklifts
- You plan and coordinate maintenance and repair work, collaborate with specialist companies, and track, document, and check the work carried out to ensure seamless traceability
- You are the contact person for the customer
- You ensure winter services and oversee conversions and small projects
- You have completed a basic EFZ training in a technical field
- NIV 15 connection approval is desirable or you are willing to obtain it
- Trainer qualification is an advantage
- You have a strong technical affinity and sound knowledge in maintenance and inspection work
- You have good MS Office skills
- Your German skills are at native level and you can communicate orally in English
- You are very independent, committed, and reliable
