• Master's degree in law with good academic qualifications as well as a lawyer's licence
• Interest and affinity in the areas of criminal law, administrative law and family law
• Enjoyment in independently handling demanding cases
• Confident, structured and concise expression in spoken and written form
• Communicative personality with negotiation skills
• Structured, independent and quality-oriented working style
• Interest in entrepreneurial and strategic issues
