For our interdisciplinary department at the Burgdorf location, which is equipped with over 26 beds and comprises around 46 employees as well as students and trainees, we are looking for a immediate or by arrangement
Shape nursing, strengthen people – your field of activity with us
- You take responsibility for holistic, professionally sound nursing and accompany our patients with commitment and heart
- As the leader of a nursing group, you lead your team of FaGe, nursing assistants, students and trainees with overview, team spirit and tact
- You confidently manage the nursing process – supported by our digital clinical information system – and ensure precise, comprehensible documentation
- Together with the team, you rethink nursing: you contribute ideas, actively shape processes and continuously develop quality
- As a mentor, you accompany and support students and trainees on their way into the nursing profession
What you need to be successful
- You have completed training as a dipl. nursing specialist HF/FH or a qualification recognised by the SRK.
- You find the wide medical range of a familiar peripheral hospital exciting and enriching
- You treat people with respect and appreciation, as the best possible care of our patients is your top priority
- You work carefully, conscientiously and like to take responsibility
- Further development is a matter of course for you and you want to continuously expand your skills
- A confident command of German completes your profile (if your diploma is in a foreign language, you bring a B2 diploma)
