The Spital Oberengadin AG in Samedan, a company of the KSGR group, is responsible for the medical primary care as well as emergency care for the population and guests in the largest hospital in southern Grisons.

Team Leader TOA and Operating Theatre Nursing 80% - 100%

Spital Oberengadin includes the departments of General Surgery including Traumatology and Visceral Surgery, Medicine, Paediatrics, Obstetrics/Gynaecology with a modern diagnostic and therapeutic offering. In other specialties (including Oncology, Angiology, Dialysis, Pneumology, ENT, Urology) we work closely with KSGR and the resident doctors.

Your tasks

• Personnel and organisational leadership of the operating theatre nursing
• Ensuring smooth operative operations as well as active participation in procedures
• Responsibility for planning, coordination and close interprofessional collaboration with all relevant departments
• Promotion of a positive team culture as well as support for the professional development of employees

Your profile

• Training as a certified specialist in operating technology HF or equivalent training with SRK recognition
• Proven several years of professional experience
• Leadership experience or willingness to develop further in leadership and management
• High professional, organisational and communication competence
• Resilient and responsible personality with a high quality awareness
• Team spirit and flexibility (optimal service readiness depending on seasonal workload)
• German spoken and written, Italian an advantage
