Goods Flow Coordinator 100%
In this versatile role, you support the Head of Meat Procurement/Order Picking in daily production operations, coordinate processes in production and are an important contact person for our employees. You are not only active in the office – you work actively on site in production.
Your tasks
- Support the Head of Meat Procurement/Order Picking in all operational and organisational tasks
- Deputise for the Head of Meat Procurement/Order Picking during absences
- Ensure and coordinate a smooth flow of goods within production
- Contact person for employees regarding organisational and personnel matters
- Coordination of absences, holiday planning and accident reports
- Support in daily personnel and production planning
- Participation in optimising production processes
- Implementation and further development of lean management and continuous improvement processes (CIP)
- Active presence in production and close cooperation with the teams on site+
- Shift work between 05:00 and 01:30
Your profile
- Completed technical or food technology basic training
- Initial leadership experience in a production environment is an advantage
- Knowledge in lean management and continuous improvement processes (CIP)
- High resilience as well as an independent and structured way of working
- Team spirit, assertiveness and good communication skills
- Flexibility and enjoyment of a dynamic production environment
- Hands-on mentality and sense of responsibility
- Good German language skills, both spoken and written, as well as knowledge of the MS Office suite
- High quality and hygiene awareness
