Clerk Events (80 - 100% workload)
Your tasks
- Calculation of event offers
- Creation of customized offers for events
- Quick and solution-oriented processing of telephone and written customer inquiries
- Analysis and processing of tenders for potential projects and partnerships
- Creation of presentations in cooperation with the sales department
- Maintenance of the internal CRM tool and management of customer master data
- Support of the sales team with administrative tasks for efficient workflows
Your profile
- Commercial apprenticeship or further training in the commercial field (e.g. technical clerk)
- First experience in customer service in sales, preferably in the event industry
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form, English skills in spoken and written form desired,
French skills (advantageous) - Positive and well-groomed appearance
- High customer and service orientation
- Team-oriented, reliable and precise way of working
- Very good IT user skills are required
