- Planning, controlling, and optimisation of processes as well as promotion of research, innovation, and networking
What you bring with you
- Completed studies in a therapy profession as well as further training in management/leadership
- Several years of professional and leadership experience in healthcare, preferably in a hospital environment
- Sound knowledge in organisational development, process management, and business administration issues
- Strategic and systemic thinking as well as strong communication and negotiation skills
- Very good German and English skills
