Your area of responsibility

You…

• accompany and support people with psychiatric illnesses in their home environment
• take responsibility for the entire care process including case management
• work closely with internal and external specialists
• bring your expertise and experience into the individual care of our clients
• document and plan with interRAI CMH
• work independently, responsibly, and flexibly

What you bring with you

• Diploma as a Nurse HF (preferably with experience in psychiatry)
• Enjoyment of outpatient psychiatric care
• Empathy, resilience, and a solution-oriented working style
• Driving licence category B
