About the job
What you can achieve
- You accompany and advise organisational development, change and transformation projects from conception to sustainable anchoring.
- You design, develop and implement training, leadership and development formats for managers and teams.
- You coach managers and teams and design as well as moderate workshops, strategy days, offsites and team developments.
- You work closely with the HR experts at group level and effectively bring group-wide initiatives into the Swiss division.
- You are a sparring partner for our HR Business Partners and support them methodically in organisational development and change projects as well as in their continuous development.
What you bring with you
- You have solid experience in organisational development and change management and think strategically as well as entrepreneurially.
- You convince with high consulting competence and confident stakeholder management – from executive management to team leadership.
- You have experience in designing and shaping effective leadership, training and development formats.
- You bring strong moderation and facilitation skills and understand how to effectively guide groups through development and change processes.
- You impress with emotional intelligence, self-reflection and the ability to build trusting relationships and achieve impact even without formal authority.
