Team Leader in Nursing Dialysis Practice 60-80% (m/f/d)
These are the tasks you can look forward to:
- Leadership, planning and development of non-medical staff including outpatient clinic operations
- Responsibility for holistic, professional and patient-oriented nursing and treatment processes in consultation with the responsible physician
- Responsibility for compliance with medical prescriptions as well as employer requirements and legal regulations
- Active participation in the development of the quality programme and optimisation of the daily workflows of the dialysis practiceClinical work in the role of qualified dialysis nurse
These skills characterise you:
- Completed training as a qualified nurse HF/FH with dialysis experience
- Additional training in nephrology or intensive care (advantageous)
- Leadership training or experience
- Enthusiasm for working with and for people
- Proficient IT user skills
- Networked thinking, high social competence and strong communication skills
- Fluent German (English skills desirable)
- Independent and team-oriented personality with a positive attitude
- Enjoyment of interprofessional collaboration and a sense of humour
