Job Description

• Holistic and individual care and nursing of patients in the outpatient area in the day clinic
• Implementation of nursing measures according to current nursing and quality standards
• Ensuring basic and treatment nursing care, including medication administration and wound care
• Support with diagnostic and therapeutic measures in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
• Responsibility for nursing planning, documentation and reporting in the nursing information system
• Promoting the well-being of patients through an empathetic and professional attitude
• Advising and instructing relatives in dealing with care and support
• Active participation in the development and optimisation of work processes and nursing standards
• Induction and support of new employees

Qualifications

• Completed training as a Dipl. Registered Nurse HF/FH or an equivalent qualification recognised in Switzerland
• Professional experience in acute care, ideally in a hospital or a comparable institution
• Sound expertise in basic and treatment nursing care
• High sense of responsibility and a careful, patient-oriented working method
• Resilience, flexibility and ability to work in a team, even in demanding and hectic situations
• Very good communication skills and empathy in dealing with patients and relatives
• Good knowledge of documentation and handling of digital nursing information systems
• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written; additional language skills are an advantage
• Willingness to work shifts (early, late shifts), no weekend work
• Enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration in a dynamic and versatile environment
