Your tasks

Behind every successful procedure is the safe and professional preparation of instruments – you play a central role in this process.

Preparation of all medical devices including loan instruments from the operating department as well as flexible endoscopes
Complete documentation of preparation steps using batch documentation software BarCon (Asanus)
Operation of all devices used including the system for preparing flexible endoscopes
Responsibility for the proper care, maintenance, and inspection of all devices
Taking on shift and weekend duties

Your profile

Completed training as a Medical Device Technologist EFZ or as a Technical Sterilisation Assistant
Professional experience in all preparation steps of medical devices in a hospital environment, preferably also with flexible endoscopes
Good technical understanding as well as a reliable, careful working method
Flexibility and resilience in everyday work
Team spirit and enjoyment of working in a diverse, multicultural environment
Good knowledge of German
