Lead Developer Business Applications 80-100%
In this demanding role, you will take on the technical leadership in the development and further development of our business applications and interfaces. You coordinate development projects, ensure technical quality, and lead a small developer team professionally.
What you can achieve
- Technical leadership and coordination of development work for our business applications
- Professional leadership of the developer team including coaching and quality assurance
- Analysis, design, development, and maintenance of applications and interfaces
- Responsibility for the technical architecture and further development of the system landscape
- Consulting internal stakeholders on technical issues
- Ensuring clean code, testing, CI/CD, and documentation
- Collaboration with internal and external partners
What you bring with you
- Higher education in computer science (HF/FH/University) or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in software development (full stack preferred) (ideally development experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Salesforce and/or integration platforms like Mulesoft)
- Experience in technical project management and team leadership
- Solid knowledge of modern development environments, frameworks, and databases
- Experience with agile methods (Scrum, Kanban)
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Very good German skills (C2), good French skills (at least B2), and technical English
