Our aim is to advise our customers neutrally, transparently and understandably. The focus is not on selling a single product, but on the individual situation and needs of the customer.

Together we analyse the existing pension situation and clearly show which options and solutions may be sensible for the respective customer. The customer is always at the centre.

Your Tasks

• Advising private customers in the areas of retirement provision and financial security
• Building and developing your own customer base
• Acquiring new customers through your personal environment, network and recommendations
• Building long-term customer relationships
• Looking after and maintaining your existing customers
• Organising your customer appointments independently
• Conducting advice digitally via Microsoft Teams

You can carry out the entire activity 100% from home.

Your Additional Income

Depending on commitment, performance and development of your customer base, there is a earning potential of CHF 1,500 to CHF 4,000 per month.

It is not just about winning individual customers. You build your own customer base and develop long-term customer relationships and further recommendations from it.

100% Home Office Your advisory meetings take place digitally via Microsoft Teams.

Flexible Scheduling You can organise your activity flexibly alongside your main job.

Professional Training & Support During the first 6 months of your training, the advisory meetings are conducted by an experienced team leader. This allows you to gradually familiarise yourself with the activity, build your network and gain valuable practical experience. Afterwards, you will continue to develop and increasingly take on customer advice independently.

Own Customer Base You gradually build your own customer base and develop long-term customer relationships.

Network & Recommendations Your personal environment and existing contacts form the basis for your start. Good advice and long-term customer relationships generate further recommendations.

Development Potential You can build something of your own alongside your main job and continuously develop your customer base.

Entry as a Career Changer Industry experience is not necessarily required. What matters is your personality, commitment and willingness to learn new things.
