About the job
You take on a central role in administration. You coordinate the administrative activities at various locations in Western Switzerland, ensure the smooth running of day-to-day business, and work closely with site and operations managers. Your place of work depends on your place of residence and is either at our site in Köniz (Thörishaus) or Givisiez (from 2027 Gibloux). For this versatile role, you bring very good German and French skills and are characterised by a high IT affinity, a proactive hands-on mentality, and a quick grasp of things.
- Support in the administration of Region West
- Handling of billing (incoming and outgoing as well as transport)
- Independent correspondence by e-mail and telephone
- Compliance with applicable safety and environmental regulations
- Participation in continuous improvement through error analysis and suggestions for optimisation
- Assumption of decision-making and leadership responsibilities
- Support with general administrative tasks

- Responsibility for contract management
- Assistance with the maintenance and updating of the management system
- Creation and follow-up of special customer invoices
- Commercial vocational training as well as several years of professional experience in administration, preferably in the recycling sector
- Very good German and French skills
- Good PC user skills (MS Office & ERP)
- Organisational talent & quick comprehension
