What you will do here
- Focus on quality development in teaching: planning, consulting, and supporting cyclical program evaluations as well as participating in formal approval processes and committee work
- Contact person for teaching-related key figures including, if necessary, the creation of analyses and reports on specific teaching topics
- Topic manager for process management for the Vice-Rectorate for Teaching (Signavio)
- Point of contact for the Vice-Rectorate for Teaching on questions of internationalization in close cooperation with the Global Engagement Office (especially implementation of teaching in the PIONEER Alliance)
- Support for the Vice-Rector for Teaching and flexible assumption of topics, project participation and management, communication tasks, and organization of events in teaching
What you ideally bring with you
- Degree in economics, social sciences, education, or a comparable field with a master's degree
- Experience in the higher education sector, especially in quality development
- Experience in international contexts and very good English skills; good French and other language skills are desirable
- Strong ability in conceptual and analytical work as well as affinity for numbers
- Team player with high customer orientation and an agile mindset
