We are looking for immediately or by arrangement

Registered Nurse HF for the Hinwil base

You are interested and motivated ...

to be independently on the move but act as part of the treatment team
to accompany and support clients as primary nurses (or case managers) even in difficult situations
to exchange with external partners as primary nurses, such as family doctors, the PallCare team, nutritional counseling, staff in hospitals and nursing homes
to work solution-oriented, based on the nursing process
to record nursing documentation electronically directly at the clients
to collaborate and exchange within the interdisciplinary team with various professional groups
to engage in case discussions and reflect together on one’s own work as well as that of others
to communicate digitally with colleagues
to move in various roles in everyday work - as a role model, as primary nurse, as daily responsible person, as a Spitex specialist, among others
to see oneself as a caretaker of our clients and their relatives
to work according to plan and at the same time prioritize one’s work - taking responsibility for one’s clients and work
to develop professionally and share knowledge with the team as well as support others
to treat oneself mindfully and reflect on boundaries
to develop personally
to be mobile with one’s own or the company vehicle
