To strengthen our HR team, we are looking for a committed individual who enjoys diverse operational HR tasks. In this role, you will ensure professional and efficient HR administration together with the team and make sure that our operational HR processes function reliably and service-oriented.

With your contribution, you create the necessary foundation for us as an HR team to successfully advance our strategic initiatives, development projects, and digitalisation efforts. You support our employees and managers throughout the entire employee lifecycle and significantly contribute to the smooth running of daily operations.

Your Tasks

• HR administration throughout the entire HR life cycle
• Contact person for employees on operational HR matters
• Ensuring smooth HR operations
• Participation in the optimisation and digitalisation of HR processes
• Preparation of HR reports and statistics
• Occasional support of HR teams (recruitment / projects) as needed

What You Bring

• At least two years of operational HR experience (preferably in the banking environment)
• Independence, integrity, a winning manner, quick comprehension, and a strong willingness to learn
• Completed further training in HR or comparable qualification
• High initiative, sense of responsibility, and structured working style
• Solution-oriented thinking and flexibility as well as enjoyment of operational implementation
• Very good German skills (at least C1), ideally very good Excel and Rexx knowledge
