Our Team
For our Credit Services department, we are looking for a customer- and solution-oriented individual with a professional appearance to support our well-coordinated and motivated team in daily credit checks. You can expect professional onboarding as well as the possibility of flexible working hours.
The Role
- Recording of new card applications
- Processing of replacement and supplementary cards including efficient, timely and qualitatively correct credit checks
- Correct management and general administration of bank guarantees, securities and balance claims for credit cards
- Telephone and written contact with customers and banks
- Processing incoming mail and mailbox, general office tasks as well as operating assigned robots
- Professional support of front-line customer advisors
What We Expect
- Completed commercial basic training and 2-5 years of professional experience, preferably in a comparable environment
- Good practical knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Good language skills in German and English as well as either French or Italian
- Quick comprehension as well as networked thinking and acting
- High degree of independence as well as responsibility and quality awareness
