Employee / Operator Control Centre

for varied, interesting activities in the following areas:
Alarm processing (EMA / BMA / HLS) / Reception and registration of visitors / Journal keeping / Reporting / Answering calls / Booking appointments / Forwarding information / Monitoring and supporting employees on duty / Duty planning in case of absences or short-term orders / Material and vehicle handover / Supervision of the guard control system / Interventions and front-line services in emergencies

We specifically seek loyal, conscientious, and flexible individuals with a structured working style. Working hours include nights and weekends.

Requirements

• Impeccable reputation and orderly financial circumstances
• Very good German skills, spoken and written
• Swiss / EU citizen or C-permit holder
• Oral English skills
• Experience in a control centre or security service with willingness to learn new things
• Good PC user skills with common Office programmes (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Reliability and willingness for irregular shift work (including nights and weekends)
• Stress resistance, neat appearance, and good manners
• Confident demeanour and resilience, even in difficult situations
• Driving licence and own car advantageous
