Important notes: Daytime operation with work starting at 06:00 from Monday to Friday. Approximately 10 Saturday shifts per year.

What you will achieve

• Lead a team of 20 employees both personnel-wise and professionally
• Employee development with a focus on polyvalence
• Conduct performance reviews and employee qualifications
• Help shape the continuous improvement process (CIP) in operational business
• Promote and further develop cross-departmental collaboration within the distribution centre
• Participate in location-related projects

What you bring

• Education: Completed vocational training (EFZ)
• Specialisation: complemented by further training as a logistics specialist with a federal diploma
• Professional experience: 5 years of professional experience in a comparable position
• Proven leadership experience in larger teams
• Process-oriented as well as cross-departmental thinking and acting
• Empathy and enjoyment in working with different cultures
• Technical understanding of industrial trucks and logistics systems
• German (C1)
