Your mission

As Store Manager you will lead the store operationally and commercially and at the same time be a host, coach and passionate salesperson.

• lead, motivate and develop your store team
• plan staff deployment and ensure smooth store operations
• take responsibility for sales, sales targets and store performance
• analyse key figures and derive concrete measures from them
• pitch in on the sales floor yourself and lead by example
• inspire customers for our products and make technology tangible
• ensure high-quality product presentation and a professional store appearance
• actively contribute your ideas and develop the store together with us

In short: You run the store as if it were your own.

What you bring

For us, it’s not just your CV that counts. What matters is what you make of it.

Ideally, you bring:

• several years of experience in retail
• leadership experience as a store manager, branch manager, deputy branch manager or in a comparable role
• a strong sales and customer orientation
• enjoyment in leading, developing a team and achieving goals together
• a good understanding of sales figures and retail KPIs
• enthusiasm for innovative products and new technologies
• an independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
• a professional, likeable and confident appearance
• flexibility for retail working hours including Saturdays as well as early, middle and late shifts
