The Dielsdorf Health Centre is a modern geriatric competence centre with around 500 employees from 35 nations. Our range extends from advisory services for elderly people and their relatives to general and specialised long-term care, as well as care and support at home. As the largest public Spitex in the Dielsdorf district, we provide outpatient services for our nine contract municipalities. With our comprehensive care offering, we enable people to remain in their familiar home for as long as possible despite health limitations. In the future, it is planned to establish a night Spitex.

• Basic care, treatment care and support in simple to stable complex situations of our clients

• Carrying out domestic tasks at the clients' homes

• Service recording and progress documentation

• Medication management

• Completion of compulsory schooling

• Good German skills (at least level B2)

• Careful and precise way of working

• Sense of responsibility and reliability

• Good organisational skills

• Team and communication skills, good manners and sociability

• Empathy and willingness to help

• Sense of cleanliness and order
