Care and Support Staff Residential IV (Care Assistant SRK, AGS EBA) 40-100%
YOUR TASKS- You support residents with basic care and daily living activities, such as eating and drinking, household management, daily structure and organisation, as well as leisure and social activities.
- As a key person, you accompany residents in their personal development and coordinate their individual support and care.
- You attentively observe the health status of the residents and report relevant changes to the responsible professionals.
- Within your competencies, you measure vital signs, support preventive measures, and handle the purchase of care items.
- You carefully document care and support services according to internal guidelines.
- You actively contribute to good care and support quality as well as the further development of everyday life at Panoramablick.
YOUR PROFILE
- Certificate as Care Assistant SRK, qualification as Health and Social Assistant EBA
- Enjoyment in accompanying and caring for people with disabilities.
- Appreciative, empathetic, and resource-oriented attitude.
- Good observation skills, sense of responsibility, and reliable working style.
- Team spirit, flexibility, and solution-oriented action in changing situations.
