Your tasks as a

Customer Care Specialist 60 to 80% (m/f/d)

In your role as Customer Care Specialist, you ensure competent and service-oriented support for our customers. You process and resolve customer enquiries and complaints via various communication channels and also take on forwarded customer cases from other CWS departments. In addition, you are responsible for maintaining, expanding, and cleaning customer and contract data in our ERP systems.

Your role with us as a Customer Care Specialist

• You are the contact person for customers and find customer-oriented solutions for orders, complaints, cancellations, returns, or contract changes
• You ensure efficient and reliable processing of order intake, contract management, invoicing, and other administrative processes in our CWS ERP systems
• In close cooperation with your colleagues and the departments of Service, Sales, and Finance, you find timely and customer-oriented solutions
• You conduct regular top calls as well as targeted follow-up conversations with customers, especially after complaint cases, to ensure customer satisfaction and sustainably strengthen customer loyalty
• With your continuous feedback, you actively contribute to increasing customer satisfaction as well as to the further development of our tools and processes

• You have a commercial basic education or a comparable qualification and ideally bring experience in customer dialogue and customer service
• Experience with ERP and CRM systems such as Salesforce or D365 is a great advantage. You have a pronounced administrative understanding and work carefully and reliably even with diverse tasks
• You have good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and use them confidently in everyday work
• With your "can-do" mentality, you approach tasks proactively, think customer-oriented, and find solution-oriented ways even when facing challenges
• You work reliably, structured, independently, and goal-oriented while also bringing initiative, flexibility, and team spirit
• You have very good German language skills in spoken and written form as well as good knowledge of French; good English skills complete your profile
