The Weingarten Olten retirement and nursing home is an operation of the Olten citizen community and offers around 70 elderly and care-dependent people professional care and support, which is individually oriented to the needs of the residents.

We are looking for a motivated individual to start immediately or by arrangement for:

Night Shift Manager 40 – 100%

Your tasks:

• You take on night shift responsibility and work a few days a month also in the day team, for example in the late shift, to promote integration and team belonging
• Ensuring high-quality care of the residents
• Calm, prudent action, especially in emergencies
• Professional handling of the infrastructure and correct implementation of concepts and measures

What we wish for:

• Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ or Diploma Nurse HF
• Preferably experience in the long-term care sector
• High empathy and assertiveness
• Independent, responsible work organisation
• Team and cooperation skills
• Current professional knowledge to ensure quality-conscious and professional care and support of our residents
• Experience with common IT programmes
• High social, professional and action competencies
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
