About the job

Your Tasks

• Independent management of operational financial accounting
• Responsible preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
• Supervision and management of various client accounting records
• Preparation and submission of VAT returns
• Support and deputise for the Head of Finance in day-to-day business
• Monitoring and reconciliation of general and subsidiary ledgers
• Participation in the optimisation and further development of internal financial processes
• Support in various projects in finance and accounting

Your Profile

• Completed commercial basic training with a federal specialist certificate in finance and accounting
• Several years of solid professional experience in financial accounting
• Very good knowledge and experience in independently preparing monthly and annual financial statements
• Experience in client accounting and VAT
• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written; English skills are an advantage
• Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel
• Experience with Infoniqa ONE 200 is an advantage
• Independent, structured and precise working style
• High sense of responsibility, discretion and strong service orientation
