Your Tasks

In this versatile role, you will independently manage and administer properties, working closely with internal specialists and external partners.

Your duties include:

• Independent management of residential and commercial properties
• Support and advice for tenants
• Contact person for owners, service providers, tradespeople and other partners
• Organisation and execution of apartment and property inspections and handovers
• Preparation and processing of rental contracts and contract amendments
• Handling tenant concerns and damage cases
• Assistance with utility billing, budgeting and reporting

Your Profile

You have a solid education and experience in property management. You work in a structured, solution-oriented manner and appreciate a varied working environment.

Ideally, you bring:

• Federal diploma as a property manager or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in property management
• Good knowledge of Swiss tenancy law
• Independent and reliable working style
• Strong organisational and coordination skills
• Professional and service-oriented demeanour
• Enjoyment in collaborating with diverse stakeholders
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Experience with property management software is an advantage
• Confident German language skills, both spoken and written
