We are looking for a

Sports Coordinator (80 - 100%, incl. small teaching load)

at our art and sports business school TALENTplus (training to become a certified commercial employee EFZ) starting August 2026 or by arrangement

with the following profile:

• Solid knowledge of the structural setup and organization of a sport (e.g., certified trainer or instructor)
• In-depth knowledge of training theory, training measures, and training environment at competitive sports level (e.g., education as a sports scientist or sports teacher)
• Former high-level personal athletic activity in a specific sport
• Outstanding communication and coordination skills
• Strong social skills regarding the motivation and support of young art and sports talents
• Willingness to engage in accompanying teaching activities (especially action skills, work and learning techniques)

You are looking for contemporary employment conditions and an innovative teaching and learning environment. You appreciate collegial cooperation within the teaching staff as well as administrative support from the secretariat and school management.
