What you achieve
- You ensure that our training mandate is successfully implemented in the individual nursing departments.
- In doing so, you coordinate, plan, and monitor the training in the nursing departments and ensure compliance as well as further development of training quality within the framework of legal requirements.
- You initiate and support new training models and implement them in practice together with the Shared Governance Team.
- You lead the vocational training specialists and trainers in a professional capacity.
- Working closely with the nursing education managers, you are partly responsible for recruiting apprentices and students in company employment (FaGe, HF, FH).
- In addition, you work closely with the nursing department management and are the contact person for external parties involved in training and support external project and working groups as assigned.
What distinguishes you
- You are a qualified nurse (DN II/HF/FH) with several years of professional experience and have completed pedagogical further training comprising 1800 training hours.
- As a committed, communicative person with leadership skills, you are open to innovations and enjoy shaping them.
- You have a structured and efficient working style and impress with your organisational and coordination skills.
- Solid IT user skills, especially MS Office including Outlook, complete your profile.
- You bring experience in project management.
