We have a variety of important professions that require specialised knowledge. That is why we rely on people who want to reorient and develop their careers, for example after parental leave. You will receive an attractive salary during your retraining. At the end of your induction period, you will take on your tasks independently and become a full member of our team.

This is what awaits you during the retraining:

• In about 6 months, you will learn step by step everything you need for the profession in vegetation care, full-time
• Theory and practice alternate – so you will be shown everything and can try it out immediately
• Of course, you will be accompanied by experienced colleagues, so the entry succeeds whether you already have experience or have never worked with forestry equipment
• You will receive a secure salary from the start

After your retraining, you will take on the following tasks:

• You will care for the "green" by the tracks with the team – this includes cutting shrubs, removing cuttings, or safely felling trees
• You will use equipment such as brushcutters and chainsaws – don’t worry, you will receive thorough instruction and all necessary training
• Small maintenance tasks and care of the equipment are also part of your duties
• If you discover rare animals or protected species, you will help enthusiastically to relocate them properly

Your profile:

• You are at least 18 years old
• Special prior experience in vegetation care is not necessary, but you are confident to work with equipment such as a chainsaw
• Fresh air and working outdoors are exactly your thing, no matter the weather
• You can communicate confidently in German, both spoken and written
• You are flexible – night or weekend work as well as changing locations do not bother you
• You already have a valid category B driving licence and your own car
