The Legal Service of the Cantonal Social Services Office of Graubünden performs legislative tasks, law enforcement, legal supervision and administration of justice. It supports and advises the management of the Office and its specific sectors, social services as well as other external offices concerned. It is responsible for tasks in the areas of social assistance law, international adoptions and victim support.
For the Legal Service we are looking for a legal assistant from 1st September 2026 or by arrangement.
- Supports and advises social services and municipalities on matters related to social assistance.
- Provides advice and clarifies legal issues arising in connection with the management of the Cantonal Social Services Office.
- Leads the liaison office of the Intercantonal Convention for Social Institutions (ICSI).
- You hold a university degree in law.
- You are interested in performing varied and interesting tasks in the field of social assistance law.
- You work independently, conscientiously and constructively.
- Furthermore, you are able to cope with intense work rhythms, work in a team and understand complex issues.
- You have good verbal communication skills, preferably in two official languages.
- Good communication skills, negotiation abilities and good IT knowledge are desirable.
- You know how to navigate a demanding environment and are interested in interdisciplinary collaboration.
